With still an alarming number of GP’s poo pooing the symptoms of Fibromyalgia it is important that you know how to get the best treatment for it.
News 800 recently wrote an article on this saying that the first step in this process is to arm yourself with the facts. Fibromyalgia is a real disorder. The American College of Rheumatology created criteria in 1990 and 2010 that doctors have used for research studies and in clinical practice. A 2016 revision of the criteria is the most recent effort to improve on these and includes three characteristic features:
- Significant and widespread pain
- Severe symptoms (such as fatigue or “brain fog”) present for at least three months
- No other clear explanation for these symptoms

I was kindly sent this Dragonfly CBD Body Moisturiser to test. With a lot of CBD products on the market now it is quite unique to find a body moisturiser with CBD in it, so I was keen to give it a try. I will always write an honest review and if the product does not help with my pain then I will tell you this.
It arrived beautifully packed and in its own box. The moisturiser was easy to apply and had no specific scent.

I don’t know about you but I have been baking lots more during lockdown, but it has given me the chance to be quite choosy and really study recipes. I had boxes of old recipe books so I decided I would go through them all and try out some of my old recipes. But then you end up with a load of books around you and some recipes that need the weights changing.
So, I bought this lovely new recipe book to put my new found recipes in (see below) which is a great size. You can write down any recipes you love in it.
